Disability and Inclusive Activity Clubs are fun and accessible that provide Paralympic and multi-sports for disabled people. Delivering high quality sports and physical activity provision for the community and offering expert knowledge of disability sport through our fully-qualified sports coaches.
This SEND session is designed to provide a quieter atmosphere and operate at a reduced capacity, ensuring a more comfortable and supportive environment for those with special needs and disabilities. Please note one adult admits one child also.

Our combined Tai Chi and Qigong class starts with a gentle warm-up to calm the breathing and mind, and mobilise the body. Angela will guide you through the Tai Chi steps from the front of the hall, talking you through each of the movements. We will learn a new step or revisit and refine one each class, building on the previous movements to flow a sequence together. Sessions for all ages looking to build their water confidence for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.
Instructor led sessions where participants are able to follow individually tailored exercise to meet their muscular skeletal conditions.
