Join a group on a creative wellbeing walk with two experienced photographers and group leaders. The group go out each week on a themed stroll capturing the unique and beautiful country surrounding the Somer Valley. The led walking group offers opportunities to meet others, learn photography skills and explore the local area. Participants don’t need any fancy photography equipment; you can use any camera or phone – or just join up for a walk.
Sessions for all ages looking to build their water confidence for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.
A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.
A class designed for people following a cardiac episode, including surgery, to continue to be active in a safe environment.
Grade 3 - 1 hour, about 3 miles, moderate hills, faster pace and possible stiles. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing.
