Come along to our friendly FREE run / walk group on Sunday mornings. The Run Leader will take you through a gentle warmup (emphasis on gentle!) before setting off. We run for 45 seconds and walk for 30 seconds for the whole of the 5km distance. There is no pressure to "keep up" with the group. You go at your own pace and the group will loop back so no one is left behind. Once we’ve finished the Run Leader will take you through some stretches to prevent soreness. Many runners are happy r...
