Our Pool sessions are to begin / develop your paddling journey in a warm safe environment (or to just sit in your boat & chat). Structured development of skills is available but you will not be pushed to participate. We have boats available for pool use so you just need to bring yourself & normal pool attire or maybe a tee shirt too. The Good Boost programme allows you to follow the exercises in the pool and progress at your own pace. It has been built by expert clinicians to reduce pain and improve strength and mobility.
We train regularly at all levels from beginner to elite, all ages (6+). We develop our skills in fitness, basketball and socially. We have a good laugh. Our main sessions is Tuesdays from 6:30pm till 9pm, Fridays from 9pm till 10pm. We regularly have junior sessions on Saturdays too. All sessions are held at the LC Swansea, SA1 3ST.
