Middlesbrough Powerchair Football Club enables people with a severe physical disability of all ages & gender to play the fast paced team sport of powerchair football. The club is based at Middlesbrough Sports Village; training on a Thursday & Friday evening. Having four teams playing in various regional leagues, as well as the national league, means that there is space for everyone to play.

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. This activity will help with the fundamentals on how to train and give you the basic mechanics of how to use gym equipment safely, also structure a workout ensuring form is correct. All juniors under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult to take part. Please only book onto one class each week. We will be working on one muscle group each week.
