The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour. These sessions are intended to be bookable as it suits each learner. So effectively a series of drop in sessions for adults and young adults (16+) who wish to learn to ride, or who can ride 100 meters or more but are not confident and would like to develop their skills. The instructors will adjust the training sessions to suit the (max 6) learners who have booked so may be working with two groups at different levels. Bike hire is available (please let us know if you wish to hire).
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
