A 45 minute open gym session where the music is lowered. Parents are allowed to come and train with there newborn/children if they are in a car seat or pushchair.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. An elegant adult ballet-inspired exercise class, designed especially for active seniors who want to gently mobilise and socialise, improve their balance, and strength and stay active.
