PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
A Soft Play session with a focus on children up to 10 years with special educational needs and disabilities. Adult supervision ratios apply. No outside food and drink is permitted. All junior tickets include 1 adult, all additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be work at all times.
