Our sessions deliver a distinctive blend of strength and body conditioning exercises, featuring freestanding boxing bags, weights, steps, resistance bands and more to drum and bass, garage, hip hop, RnB and house mixes.
Come down to Loughborough Rugby Club for some fun in the sun! No experience necessary, all ages and genders welcome to play some non contact walking rugby 7-8pm every Wednesday evening starting on 7th May 2025.
