Ability Counts is our PAN-disability football programme for players with disabilities aged 5-25 and their friends and family, held every Friday evening at The Cliff Training Ground. We offer swimming lessons to anyone who has a physical, visual or hearing impairment who would like to learn to swim. The lesson is aimed at swimmer new to the sport, and are delivered by highly qualified coaches who support and encourage all swimmer regardless of their impairment.
