We are based at the start of an 11 mile off road Cycle Path, stretching from us in Yatton, to Cheddar. We have a great range of bikes, regular bikes, handcycles, a veloplus wheelchar bike, trikes, adaptive tandems, E-bikes and more. We also have funding to enable people with disabilities and additional needs to access cycling. Our home is at Yatton Railway Station, so it is easy to access us via train from Temple Meads, Bristol. Seated or standing exercises focusing on improving balance to reduce the risk of falls and increase confidence in our more vulnerable customers.

Inclusive exercise session led by Sport for Confidence. Sport for Confidence programmes place health professionals and specialist coaches into leisure centres, to provide inclusive sporting opportunities to people who face barriers to participation, including those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, dementia, autism, physical impairment or disability, homelessness, and many other complex health needs. 

A session for complete beginners and those who want to get into running but who are not confident enough to run a 5km. A social session with a mix of running and walking to help you meet your fitness goals.
