Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. The exercises within the class are progressed slowly according to your abilities, and within the same group people normally progress at different rates. The exercises are specifically developed to help you feel steadier on your feet and improve your confidence in getting around on your own. All round fitness class for seniors incorporating endurance, strength and balance exercises. Variations of exercises are shown to support different abilities. Each class is a little different but always fun and friendly! The class is now taking place in Stirchley Baths Community Centre.
Dance like no one is watching - in a fun and friendly over 50's environment.Stay for a coffee afterwards to meet new friends. All classes 45 mins. Simple to follow dance routines, variations given for different levels of fitness. Wear comfortable shoes that are not too grippy.
