If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing. Taekwondo is a Korean martial art often known for its dynamic kicks. The translation of Taekwondo is 'the way of hand and foot', or 'the art of kicking and punching'. The aim of all classes at Unity Taekwondo Academy is to provide a fun, friendly and safe environment to instruction you in a martial art the instructors love. Classes are taught by Chief Instructor, Master Bush. 6th Dan in Chungdokwan Taekwondo. Master Bush has been involved in the martial arts for over 30 years.
