Wellbeing walks are regular walks which are free and open to all. Walks are led on three days in Leighton Buzzard. The activity you are about to book is specially designed to cater for the needs of children and young people with disabilities or additional needs (SEND) aged 12 - 16 years. We are based at the start of an 11 mile off road Cycle Path, stretching from us in Yatton, to Cheddar. We have a great range of bikes, regular bikes, handcycles, a veloplus wheelchar bike, trikes, adaptive tandems, E-bikes and more. We also have funding to enable people with disabilities and additional needs to access cycling. Our home is at Yatton Railway Station, so it is easy to access us via train from Temple Meads, Bristol. Resistance Bands is a gentle exercise strengthening your muscles using elasticated bands as resistance. The instructor tailors the session to your own strengths with optional degrees of difficulty.
