A dance class for people living with Parkinson’s disease or other neurological conditions. Led by Kezia Jolly, these classes are mixture of chair based, standing and travelling exercises incorporating basic dance moves and choreography. Join our uplifting, online zoom class to include mindful breathing, stretching, chair warm ups, some optional standing dance at the end with great tracks & a fun vibe, most weeks we end with a short relaxation.
