Mixed Ability Rugby aims to provide an opportunity for everyone to play Rugby union. Mixed Ability sport is simply that, a mixed team. Able bodied, beginners, those coming back to the sport, those carrying injury and those with physical or mental barriers / disabilities. We are a community based club. Our Moto is Fun, Fitness and Friendship. We are not in the national league and that helps us to remain accessible to anyone from any team and those who are ineligible for classification, experienced or complete beginners. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Wheelchair Basketball is a unique sport which encompasses both people with disabilities and people who are able-bodied. The Club has a Youth Section (ages 7-16) and an Adult Section (ages 14+). Sports chairs can be provided.
