At M.R.FA we have programmes available to support players of all ages and abilities, all with one aim; to develop them technically, physically, socially and mentally. Whether you’ve seen previous success in your young player elsewhere and you’re looking to step up and level up their game, OR they’re fairly new to football and have shown some interest so far, we have something for all players in their journey.

Our Walking Football sessions are aimed at over-50s or those with limiting health conditions that do not allow them to play the full game of football. Walking football is a brilliant way to stay fit and have fun, without the full impact and injury risk of full-speed football. Our coaches can teach you the game and will ensure everyone gets the most from each session.

Middlesbrough Powerchair Football Club enables people with a severe physical disability of all ages & gender to play the fast paced team sport of powerchair football. The club is based at Middlesbrough Sports Village; training on a Thursday & Friday evening. Having four teams playing in various regional leagues, as well as the national league, means that there is space for everyone to play.
