Mixed ability Grade 1-2 up to 45 minutes, some moderate hills, brisk pace. Join us for a cuppa after in the Museum Cafe. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing. You don't need any special equipment but be sure to dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes and bring a bottle of water.
