Movement is worked on from chair (don't be fooled - full body stretch and strength work is promised) and friendships are made as I encourage chat during this class!

These Walking Rugby sessions are open to all ages 18+ and all genders and abilities. Through walking sports with Team-Mates this provides like-minded individuals with the chance to enhance their physical well-being within Walking Rugby.
