We are a community wheelchair rugby club based in Southampton. We offer training and competition to anyone with a permanent physical disability aged 12 and over. All equipment is provided, just bring yourself, some sporty clothes and a water bottle to get started.

Our Community Club in Sutton runs weekly inclusive multi-sport sessions. The club offers a range of inclusive traditional and Paralympic sports including football, basketball, cricket, tennis, boccia and more.
