A contemporary dance class for young people aged 11-13 Years (School years 7-8). This class will develop dancers’ understanding of technical principles. Dancers will develop their movement vocabulary, exploring articulation, alignment, direction and fluidity. We are open to all levels and experience.

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Athletics training for adults and children (above the age of 8), with intellectual disabilities. We are accredited through Special Olympics Great Britain. Athletes have the opportunity to become fully registered members, which allows them access to local and national competition opportunities. We also enjoy arranging social events!
