Our aim is to encourage and promote sport to people with a disability to enable them to be physically active. Our sessions are led by enthusiastic and fully qualified coaches who will ensure that the participants have a great time and have an opportunity to to try a range of activities.
Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. The routes start and finish at the same location as advertised, and last between 30 and 90 minutes. Turn back the clock with our fun and friendly exercise class to imrpove your balance & confidence, mobility & flexibility, and strength & independence. Seating and standing options are available. The classes are also great social events! 60 minutes of exercise followed by 30 mins tea, coffee and biscuits!

Beginner friendly walking group, led by an insured and trained Walk Leader.
Gym session supervised by an Occupational Therapist and Sports Coach, supporting people with variety of disabilities. Carers welcome. Ages 16+ Max 8 people per session. Referral basis only.
