Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.

This is a fun and lively chair based Exercise class for Older Adults. Incorporating standing and seated exercises to help improve Stamina, Strength, Balance and Flexibility. A 60 min class which will introduce you to mindfulness, breathing techniques and asanas (poses sitting, lying, kneeling and standing) modifications and props are offered for all bodies and abilities. We finish the session with a guided meditation which is beneficial for relaxation, focus and stress relief.
