Social group walk jog or Run around Gorleston area. Take part at pace comfortable for you; walk, jog or run. Darkness and Street lighting increases risk of trips, slips and falls so the pace will be slow and social. The route is mixture of tarmac and grass with kerbs and road crossings. Surface is not always even so please look ahead for hazards. If you choose to wear head torch do not shine it in eyes of other runners at that negatively affects their night vision. Mainly but not exclusively female we also provide a safe environment to run during the darker evenings Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance.
