We are a community archery club who cater for all levels of archer. Our AGB qualified coaches can coach to competition level, and we run regular weekly club sessions. Looking to try archery? - we run monthly taster sessions where you can come and try it for yourselves. The coaches will teach you basic tedhnique whilst you enjoy an hour's shooting with us.
We are a Club offering badminton for players with a disability/impairment. We believe badminton is for everyone, not just a few. We offer para-badminton and coaching in an inclusive, friendly, social environment.

Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.
Supervising adults free of charge. Strictly NO food, water only - please be careful. Maximum age 10yrs.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
If you enjoy walking in open green spaces then come along and try this walk over Milton Common. The ground can be rough and uneven but the views across the harbour to Hayling Island are lovely. You may also see some interesting birds in this area. Pathways may be wet and muddy so wear appropriate footwear.
