Each session includes fundamental skills involved in each of the sports, as well as various match play of each sport.
A free, fun gentle exercise session for all ages and abilities to improve wellbeing and general mobility. Exercises can be undertaken seated or standing. No special clothing or footwear are needed, just dress to feel comfortable.

The Valley Leisure Centre run a class called 'Little Stars' for children age 5-10 with learning disabilities. The class runs at different times depending on the level of learning disability and is suitable for beginners right up to those who can swim and are water confident.
