Killinghall Nomads Juniors was formed in 1987 and is now a well-established Junior Football Club in the Harrogate area. We offer junior football coaching and competition from Under 6's to Under 17's which includes dedicated girl’s age groups from Under 7’s to Under 16’s as well as a pan-disability section. Horsforth St Margaret’s AFC was established in 1921. A junior section had to wait another 64 years until Horsforth St Margaret’s JFC was established in 1986. In 2008 the club launched our first all-girls team. In 2019 we rebranded our club as Horsforth St. Margaret's FC. The club now boasts over 100 teams and 1000 players.
Harrogate Gateway DFC football for adults with learning disabilities. HGFC run three 5-a-side teams (A,B,C) in the West Riding Ability Counts Football League. The league games take place every month around the West Riding area. The squads also take part in tournaments and competitions which are also run throughout the year. Football for U12s with learning disabilities. The club currently has teams registered from Under 7s to Adult. Mini Edo's is our development group for younger children aged 4-6 years old. We are pleased to see over 350 people enjoying the facilities every week.
Calderdale College pan disability football for U19s.
Approximately 1 in 4 people here in the UK will experience a mental health problem in any given year. Using the power of football and an ethos of 'tackling the mind', we are providing peer support for those who struggle with poor mental health, mental ill health, and social isolation.
