Hampshire Healthy Families Ready Steady Walks are free, push-chair friendly, social walking groups for families with young children living in Hampshire. Ready Steady Walk is a good excuse to get out into the fresh air and give you the chance to meet local families in your community. Your local walking group will be led by a Barnardo’s volunteer, or your local community worker. The walking groups meet once a week at the same venue in your area, at the same day and time.

Come and join us on our Hilsea Lines walk, where we meet at 10:30 every Thursday. We meet at Bastion No 3 off of Scott Road for a walk through Foxes Forest. This popular walking spot includes woodland, meadows and fresh brackish lakes. There is a choice of two routes initially - One takes a higher pathway while the other remains at ground level. Welcome to Pedal Power, the cycling club for all ages with learning disabilities We run cycling sessions on a Thursday at the Emirates Stadium between 10:30am-1:30pm. We provide bikes to suit a wide range of learning disabilities and beginners are very welcome. This session is for Hackney, Islington and Camden residents only. To ensure our members have sufficient space to cycle freely we are limiting these sessions to 20 cyclists with learning disabilities plus their carers and family members....

Walks for Wellbeing offer supported , guided walks that are accessible to all. They offer an opportunity to get out in nature , meet and chat with new people , whilst getting some gentle exercise. . The walk starts at Chanterelle Car Park in Highwoods at 10.30am and we have various routes in green spaces . All our walks are FREE and last for around 60 mins to 75 mins

This class is a slow paced and relaxed way for beginners to introduce themselves to Pilates, for those who are returning after an injury or anyone who needs a light Pilates session. These sessions will ultimately help you to get out of back pain and get you moving better, feeling better and living better.
A Pilates class which is suitable for older adults and beginners. It involves standing seated and floor exercises and with lots of options to cater for people’s differing needs. The class aims to gently stretch and strengthen to improve posture and balance.
