Learn how to play the game of indoor bowls at these sessions which are designed for beginners and intermediate bowlers. The sessions last two hours on a Saturday morning and are taken by accredited coaches. It is an ideal opportunity to get some gentle exercise whilst learning the techniques, tactics, rules and etiquette of the game. Trampoline Coaching. Everyone is welcome. Over 10% of our members have a disability and we are encouraging more to join. We adapt the activities on the Trampoline to your specific disability. You don't have to be able to bounce, we use bean bags and can bounce you. If you can't see, we will bounce with you. Give it a go, it's fun.
A dedicated 55-minute session for those over 50+ that is both lane swimming and casual swimming, which also includes those with disabilities that require a quieter session.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Just Ride Southend runs regular drop-in inclusive cycling sessions for people of all ages and abilities. Based at Southend Leisure & Tennis Centre at Garon Park. We provide a safe traffic-free experience with our specially adapted cycles to cater for all disabilities or health conditions. So please feel free to come and sample our friendly social atmosphere and take some healthy exercise!
