Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: Children 18M–4Y = 1 full paying adult – 2 children. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
Fun Skills is suitable for riders who have recently learnt to ride without stabilisers and younger riders who enjoy cycling, want to develop and improve their skills and have some fun while doing it. Fun skills are a method of introducing riders to basic cycle control using a variety of practices including: Follow the leader; Looking behind; Braking; Riding around and between cones; Slow Race; Passing bean bags; Riding with one hand; Negotiating obstacles. This class is based on the BASI Pilates method with a strong focus on mind body connection, core strength (not just abs), mobility and strength. This class is a great overall body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, longer and invigorated. This class is Mixed Ability and best suited to those that have done some form of Mat Pilates before. If unsure of the suitability, please get in touch. Walking football is designed to give you the chance to play the game you love but reduce the chances of injury. It's a great way to keep fit, learn skills, have fun and socialise!
We encourage and promote sport to people with a disability to enable them to be physically active. Our sessions are led by enthusiastic and fully qualified coaches who will ensure that the participants have a great time and have an opportunity to to try a range of activities.
