Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
Community disability swimming sessions. Whatever your disability, fitness or water confidence, come and join our community sessions to be active in the water. We have a team of volunteers who are there to support, motivate and be friendly faces.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
