Liverpool Football Therapy is a charity "Peer Led" organisation, we host football sessions weekly throughout Merseyside to help support adults affected by either mental ill health or poor mental wellbeing. All abilities and all genders are welcome, 18+ only. Our aim is to help improve the Physical, Mental, emotional and Social Wellbeing of all participants.
