Mixed Ability Rugby aims to provide an opportunity for everyone to play Rugby union. Mixed Ability sport is simply that, a mixed team. Able bodied, beginners, those coming back to the sport, those carrying injury and those with physical or mental barriers / disabilities. Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.

Supervising adults free of charge. Strictly NO food, water only - please be careful. Maximum age 10yrs.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

A bookable, calm, quiet pool time to support building a relationship with the water. Suitable for swimmers with a disability and their supporters.

Liberate Dance is an exclusively wheelchair-based dance company. At Liberate Dance we believe in celebrating the freedom of movement a wheelchair brings to people with disabilities. We are a friendly, welcoming group for people with disabilities. We teach a range of dance styles from contemporary to Hip-Hop. Our Liberate Dance classes are far more than a dance class - we are a support network and family. We are inclusive, adaptable and flexible to meet your needs.

The Paddle and Play sessions are open to individuals, families and groups of friends who wish to hire or launch sit on top kayaks, open canoes, and paddleboards. They are not Instructor led sessions. Sessions run on a Tuesday evening 6pm – 7.30pm, Saturday morning 10am – 11.30am and from June Saturday afternoon 12.30pm – 2pm. They must be pre booked, you cannot participate without a pre-booking.
