The Angling Trust Get Fishing sessions provide a fun and welcoming introduction to fishing for young people of all ages and abilities. Our expert coaches create a safe and supportive environment where participants can learn essential angling skills, build confidence, and enjoy time outdoors. Whether they’re casting a line for the first time or developing their skills, these sessions are perfect for inspiring a lifelong passion for fishing.

Good Boost provides a flexible approach for those with health conditions, supporting you back into fitness through gentle aqua based exercise rehabilitation classes. Wellbeing walks are regular walks which are free and open to all – though aimed particularly at people who are presently doing little or no exercise – and usually last for about an hour. People are encouraged to walk at their own pace, safe in the knowledge that they are walking with trained leaders, one of whom will remain at the back of the group, with the slowest walkers.
