Strength and balance exercises put into simple sequences to music
Gentle Pilates allows the mind to relax, body to unwind, and to find a deeper connection between physical and emotional being through the use of linking movement and breath. This class is a slow paced and relaxed way for beginners to introduce themselves to Pilates, for those who are returning after an injury or anyone who needs a light Pilates session. These sessions will ultimately help you to get out of back pain and get you moving better, feeling better and living better.
A slower-paced version of the sport for male and female participants. These sessions will help improve your fitness, health and well-being and you don’t need brilliant cricket skills to join in, just a desire for fun and enjoyment.

Fabulous fun way to improve or maintain mobility. After a little catch up we dance to warm up, strengthen, play games, or do some pair work, stretch, challenge our balance, and then relax with some breath work. Something to look forward to in the week. If you want to do it all seated, then that is fine. If you want to stand up for most of it, then that is fine too. I provide all equipment that is needed. All welcome.

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Grade 1 - 30 minutes, about 1.5 miles, gentle hills, no stiles. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing.
