Due to the nature of the session, we work within a smaller area, so all runners are able to run without the pressure of having to keep up with others, nor feel that they are underachieving . Caythorpe Strollers and Striders has three walks which take place from the same start point. Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us.
