Baby Sensory Swim is a session for new mums & dads (children under 18 months) to build confidence in the water in a sensory environment with lights and soft music.
ANGUS ROCKS is suitable for new and experienced climbers, come along and have s ome fun in a safe and social environment 5+ years
A low impact easy on the joints walking workout. During this class the focus is to get your daily step count up while using some light weights to sculpt and strengthen.
We run a fun, friendly and inclusive wheelchair rugby session. We train on Sunday mornings 10.30 – 12.30 at Brighton University Sports Centre, just behind the Amex Stadium in Falmer. We welcome new players with a physical disability– no previous experience required – and we can provide all the necessary equipment including specialist sports rugby wheelchairs.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Come along to our new Sunday walk from Canoe Lake Café. We meet at 10.30am, for a walk through the rose gardens, up to the seafront and rock gardens. We will head back to Canoe Lake Café for tea or coffee if you wish to join us for refreshments.
