One 45 minute Hatha Yoga class adaptable for students of all levels. Each week we work through different standing seated and inverted postures, working with the breath, concentration and bandhas (abdominal and pelvic floor)
Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
Regular exercise is known to benefit health and can improve the long-term health conditions. Our gentle weights group improved strength and balance. The group will be a friendly and supportive environment for those seeking to achieve greater tone and strength.
This class uses the latest body sculpting exercises and will work on every single muscle in the body in order to create the perfect toned body.
Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. The routes start and finish at the same location as advertised, and last between 30 and 90 minutes. Move to Improve is a 5 week group focusing on the links between exercise and mental health, barriers, motivation, unhelpful attitudes and behaviours towards food and physical activity and dealing with stigma, and difficult emotions. It is for residents of North East Hampshire.
