We are running free arm cycling spin classes at the MoveWell Centre at the University of Birmingham. These classes are for everyone, all abilities welcome! The classes are run every Tuesday at 4pm and Friday at 1pm, starting from the 1st October. The classes will last 45 minutes, and are free to attend! We structure them like a spin class, with changed in speed matching the beat of the music. We use a mix of speed and strength tracks, to target different areas of fitness. The first class...
Feeling Good tennis has been hugely successful and was created to use tennis as a tool to support adults with their mental health. The tennis are on Wednesday between 10-11am and on Friday between 1-2pm. Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
Instructor led sessions where participants are able to follow individually tailored exercise to meet their muscular skeletal conditions.
A slower-paced version of the sport for male and female participants. These sessions will help improve your fitness, health and well-being and you don’t need brilliant tennis skills to join in, just a desire for fun and enjoyment.
