We offer swimming sessions to anyone who has a physical, visual or hearing impairment who would like to improve their swimming. These sessions are delivered by highly qualified coaches who support and encourage all swimmer regardless of their impairment. The sessions are adaptable to enable all swimmers to grow in confidence, ability and self esteem in a safe and supportive environment, with a focus on competitive swimming. These sessions run on Fridays 7:30-8:10pm
Ability Counts is our PAN-disability football programme for players with disabilities aged 5-25 and their friends and family, held every Friday evening at The Cliff Training Ground. Sessions run weekly on Fridays at The Cliff Training Ground, Lower Broughton Rd, Salford M7 2HU. 7.00-7.45pm: Mixed group, ages 5-11 7.00-7.45pm: Girls only group 7.45-8.30pm: Mixed group, ages 12-16 8.45-9.30pm: Mixed group, ages 16-25

We train regularly at all levels from beginner to elite, all ages (6+). We develop our skills in fitness, basketball and socially. We have a good laugh. Our main sessions is Tuesdays from 6:30pm till 9pm, Fridays from 9pm till 10pm. We regularly have junior sessions on Saturdays too. All sessions are held at the LC Swansea, SA1 3ST.
