Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. Come and try boating activities for young people, adults and groups at your pace, adapted to your abilities. We are practised at helping people in overcoming barriers, be they physical impairments, long term health conditions, mental health problems, or just getting older
Adapted cycling session for adults with a disability, all ability levels welcome. Participants will have the chance to experience riding a range of adapted bikes in a safe and secure environment with trained staff to support them. Our experienced coaches will educate individuals on how to ride, i.e. pedalling, steering and braking. Sessions will mainly take place inside the sports hall, but when the weather is nice, we can go outdoors.

We currently run a Children's Pan Disability football session on Sunday Mornings for anyone with additional needs, and are starting a new weekday session on Monday evenings from late September 2024. We also run Walking football sessions for over 50's and will be starting an over 70';s version this autumn.

GOGA Fit is an inclusive fitness class aimed at developing your fitness with a series of low intensity exercise that can be adapted to suit your needs. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
