PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
A fun indoor session run by our excellent coaches. No netball experience is needed! This session caters for those new to the sport, in addition to those wanting to progress their skills further! This session will be in collaboration with Any Girl Netball. You will have access to: Fitness and wellbeing session Socialising with new and current friends!
join us in a different area for this evening walk. A 3 mile walk through the fields at Bretherton where we will visit the Bretherton Sunflower farm, a nice place to wind down after the week. The sunflower farm is £1 to enter, and you can wander the pathway through the sunflowers. If you wish to pick, £1 a stem or 6 for £5. It is essential to register and book in advance online.
The game is for anyone who uses a powered wheelchair or those who have limited movement in a manual wheelchair. The sport is fast-paced, dynamic and very enjoyable to watch. The unique nature of powerchair football allows all ages, disabilities and both genders to compete together.

A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!
