Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. Adapted cycling session for adults with a disability, all ability levels welcome. Participants will have the chance to experience riding a range of adapted bikes in a safe and secure environment with trained staff to support them. Our experienced coaches will educate individuals on how to ride, i.e. pedalling, steering and braking. Sessions will mainly take place inside the sports hall, but when the weather is nice, we can go outdoors.
