We play every Friday, our sessions are fun, encouraging and open to all. It doesn't matter if you've not played Netball before, or perhaps it's been a while, we practise skills and have fun while we're doing it. Give it a go!
Wellbeing walks are regular walks which are free and open to all. The walks are usually within the Country Park, occasionally in Harrold village, with an annual bluebell walk in nearby woods (conditions permitting). Café and toilets available, parking free (but a donation is suggested – goes to the upkeep of the Park). There are no stiles but it may occasionally be slightly muddy. Grade 3 - 1 hour, about 3 miles, moderate hills, faster pace and possible stiles / Grade 4 - Up to 90 minutes, about 4 - 5 miles, possible steep inclines and stiles.
