Mixed Ability Rugby aims to provide an opportunity for everyone to play Rugby union. Mixed Ability sport is simply that, a mixed team. Able bodied, beginners, those coming back to the sport, those carrying injury and those with physical or mental barriers / disabilities. The game bar a handful of adjustments is exactly the same as rugby you'd see on the TV but with more smiles and where everyone is included. We are a community based club. Our Moto is Fun, Fitness and Friendship. We are not in the national league and that helps us to remain accessible to anyone from any team and those who are ineligible for classification, experienced or complete beginners. We love to coach fundamentals and team play, hold social events and on occasions run corporate taster events. We also enter a development tournament each year as a team. Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions 

Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.

A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Walking Football for Women aged 40+

Our Women's Walking Football sessions are aimed at over-40's or those with limiting health conditions that do not allow them to play the full game of football. Walking football is a brilliant way to stay fit and have fun, without the full impact and injury risk of full-speed football. Our coaches can teach you the game and will ensure everyone gets the most from each session.
