In-Person: open level yoga class at YogaSpace with Clara. Enjoy slow, dynamic breath-led movements with meditative space and seated breathwork. Tai Chi is one of the most inclusive and adaptable exercises for all abilities and ages. No need for mats and cushions, exercise is standing or seated. Join me for a gentle hour of Qi Gong - energy management, Tai Chi Form work and meditation. Learn to coordinate you movement with mind and breath to improve wellbeing. This gentle, yet invigorating flow focuses on soft, therapeutic poses linked together in a flowing sequence. A slower-paced practice with a focus on cooling, relaxing, and grounding postures where students will be guided to connect each pose with their breath to harmonise mind, body and soul. Expect to experience a sense of deep relaxation combined with movement designed to improve circulation and range of motion, whilst calming the nervous system. Sjoelen is a highly assesible table game that originated in the Netherlands. It has similarities with other shuffleboard games, bar billiards and curling, but doesn’t appear to be directly related to any of them. These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
