A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!
A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.
Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.
This is the class for you if you are feeling your age, or flexibly-challenged, want to improve your muscular and core body strength, and/or improve your balance and energy levels. A rolling programme of seated exercise aimed at adults who prefer to sit whilst exercising, although standing is possible. A 60 minute class combining movement to music with seated strength exercises. Classes are tailored for the age group and ability to improve balance, posture, muscular strength for falls prevention and to maintain daily independence. No floor exercises
