Bedford Council have partnered with Bedford Blues Foundation to deliver two multi-activity clubs at John Bunyan Sport and Fitness Centre on a Tuesday and a Saturday. Each session offers a choice of exciting activities, including multi-sports and games, socialising opportunities, and use of the sensory room. Yoga in Cullingworth is a dynamic class, including a variety of poses, breath work, mindfulness and relaxation. This class is based on the Hatha yoga method and is suitable for all levels, beginners included. A Low impact sport and with adapted netball rules, the ideal option for those that wish to participate in netball, regardless of fitness level. Perfect for participants who a looking to stay active without the intensity of the full speed game. Core elements of the netball game still exist but the rules have been modified so that all players walk instead of run.
