Yoga in Cullingworth is a dynamic class, including a variety of poses, breath work, mindfulness and relaxation. This class is based on the Hatha yoga method and is suitable for all levels, beginners included. Monday evening 7-8pm is for 8-16years only. Monday 8.15-9.15pm is for anyone aged 16years+. Wednesday session 7-9pm is a mixed aged session for anyone 8 years and over. The sessions can also be adapted for wheelchair users.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Touch rugby is a great introduction to the sport and these sessions are a relaxed way of getting fit and having fun. Open to male and female players, juniors from 10yrs+ and adults, experienced and novice alike - all are welcome. We play to the ETA rules, although some are more relaxed than others to make sure the games flow, but all new starters have the basics explained and some coaching can be offered to the true beginners. A Low Impact circuit class aimed for residents who are inactive and at risk of cardiovascular diseases and mild to moderate mental health conditions. Please note all participants looking to take part must book a consultation to see the Get Active Specialist first. This consultation will run through the essential inclusion criteria to determine eligibility. Participants will receive 6 weeks free of exercise classes and then £4.50 per person
