The regular mid-summer running fitness sessions will keep you going whatever the weather. Location/ activity will vary depending on heat/ wet and will cover a variety of drills, speeds and distances each week to keep you motivated and on-track for race goals or running improvement. Only £5 adults/£3 juniors, pay in the hall. Here players of a moderate experienced standard can play a fast paced game. Just turn up to pay-and-play. These sessions can be crowded at times so games may be shortened so no-one sits out for long!
This gentle, yet invigorating flow focuses on soft, therapeutic poses linked together in a flowing sequence. A slower-paced practice with a focus on cooling, relaxing, and grounding postures where students will be guided to connect each pose with their breath to harmonise mind, body and soul. Expect to experience a sense of deep relaxation combined with movement designed to improve circulation and range of motion, whilst calming the nervous system. Monday evening 7-8pm is for 8-16years only. Monday 8.15-9.15pm is for anyone aged 16years+. Wednesday session 7-9pm is a mixed aged session for anyone 8 years and over. The sessions can also be adapted for wheelchair users.
