Coaching sessions take place Friday evenings during term time at Wolverhampton University, Wolverhampton Campus. Our coaches deliver high quality coaching sessions. Children are coached within their own age brands and have the chance to meet new friends.
No Strings Badminton (NSB) is the Badminton England national participation programme offering low-cost, fun ‘pay and play sessions. Providing participants with a friendly and welcoming environment to play badminton, socialise and keep fit on their terms, NSB is fully inclusive and open to adult players of any age or ability. So why not join our fun and friendly mix in session open to all abilities. All equipment is provided and a session co-ordinator will be present.
⚽️The beautiful game you love – played in a new way. Smaller teams, simple rules but still big on fitness, friendship and fun. Only £5 per week, pay as you play and open to all adults. Hosted by an Apex coach we will organise small sided matches for up to 50 mins for you to get involved in. Please note, NO Shower OR changing facilities on site. Table Tennis sessions for all abilities, we hold open play community sessions, as well as fully coached sessions. Sessions are lead by Helen Lower and John Blackband. Sessions cost £2 Junior £3 Senior, advanced coaching sessions £5.

Arsenal in the Community are teaming up with the UCLH Cancer Fund to deliver a walking football project specifically for men affected by Prostate Cancer. These weekly sessions combine our inclusive 1-hour walking football sessions with a 45-minute social support group. This will be a ‘safe space’ for participants to come together and socialise.
