Quiet Swim – Enjoy a calm and relaxing swimming session in a peaceful environment. This session is conducted without background music, allowing swimmers to focus on their strokes, unwind, and enjoy the water at a gentle pace. Suitable for all ages and abilities seeking a quieter swim experience. A responsible person, aged at least 16 years, must accompany a child under the age of eight years as follows: Children under the age of 4 years on a one-to-one basis Children between the ages of 4 and 7...
Suitable for all levels. A restful, calming class incorporating different aspects of yoga. This slightly longer class (90 minutes) allows time to explore postures, relaxation, breathing and meditation. A perfect beginner's class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga. Age 14+.
A dedicated 55-minute session for those over 50+ that is both lane swimming and casual swimming, which also includes those with disabilities that require a quieter session.
